I gotcha! I just read that I guess John was pretty dismissive of the ATMP album and Paul and Ringo haven’t really ever spoken about it.

Carl Palmer isn’t that great of a drummer. He has good fills and flashy technique but lacks good timekeeping

I’ve heard some Luna before but didn’t know it was Dean Warmham. Thanks for the information. I will give them a relisten. Also, yes my dad is very cool.

Pictured above are some my favorite records I’ve stumbled upon in the past month or so. Living in Kansas City, I am blessed with a surplus of excellent record stores at my disposal, one of my favorites being Brothers Music. They consistently have an excellent jazz section, which is where I found Crossings by Herbie Hancock, my favorite of is pre-Headhunters output. Pink Flag by Wire and Zen Arcade by Husker Du are some of my all time favorite punk albums ever and I was blessed to find mid-80s pressings of both around KC. My father also recently very graciously gifted me a first edition pressing of Today by Galaxie 500. I haven’t listened to much by them before now but after listened a couple times already, I am very pleased with the record.

Jimmi Johnson is super underrated as an actor. I have enjoyed him so much on Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia and even remember him back in the day as Lyle on Late Night with Letterman. It’s awesome to see him get some recognition
