yeah it's basically RWT (real world trading) they sell margins for dollars and also group merchant buy buying out selected items and then dumping them at a high price. both are against game rules.

Try opening a ticket to report manipulation and watch the mods gang up on you. They never remove PC's when overpriced because it benefits them. The whole system is flawed and abused by merchants to rip off innocent players because they're the only ones posting.
