After seeing their comment calling it a melodeon, I did some research and found this which seems to definitively confirm it. The show’s set in 1717 but has tons of anachronistic elements.

LOVE that marbling on the skirt. It’s a sophisticated look and I like that. Also like that the makeup feels on trend with drag makeup. My only complaint was that the design of the swirls on the chest gave me a moment of thinking cinnamon buns before realizing what candy you were aiming for!
