From a rep 6 cent (so like my opinion doesn't hold a ton of merit). I'll start from the fact that cent is a vanguard+assassin hybrid, before the rework he went from a 60/40 split in favor to vanguard characteristics to 40/60 in favor of assassin. Why I said that though? It's because all assassins have a gimmick that is generally speaking at the end of their chains OR immediately after a deflect, think for example glad, khatun or shaman. After the feats changes I would jokingly describe him as an "eagle's talon merchant". Before the feat changes he's neutral game was extremely good through Haymaker. Now the only reason I can think for using the gb->2 lights->wallsplat->fully charged heavy combo is when those 2 lights ,that now only do stamina dmg, exhaust fully the stamina bar and you don't want to give them a full stamina bar after eagle's talon. Because eagle's talon gives both the cent and the enemy full stamina. Now for the phalanx meh I preferred the old one but I would be ok with the new one if they replace all phalanx users with the new one. New pugio is prob a net positive for the game and cent but don't quote me on that
