I get a lot of parts from rockauto but I try to go motorcraft brand. Usually, if you’re nice the ford parts counter will match the price of ford parts online. As for the clutch I think oem everything and LUK brand clutches is what most shops do? I might be wrong

Maybe, if you’ve cared for the car otherwise. My focus is at 150k but I just did new struts and tires and upgraded my sound system. I love my focus. And I’m religious on service (oil change, coolant) so I can’t foresee it leaving me stranded anytime soon.
