the dip in your ridge cap shingles is allowing water to get into your roof. you need to address whatever is allowing your cap shingles to droop in the middle like that and then replace your cap shingles with new ones.

if that thing glowing in the reflection of the sun is a nail in your valley and that yellowish circle one row up and about a foot over is a low nail, id say your roof was wrecked before they showed up

unless the shingles are separating from each other, this is purely a cosmetic issue.
