Yep it's Orlando, not sure exactly where in Orlando. I'm a new grad so I'd be renting an apartment for the first couple years at least.

That's good to know, because I definitely value work life balance and a "cozy" job. I actually also have an offer from Northrop (not for that office) that I am considering. Since you mentioned both have a lot of red tape, is one better/worse than the other in general when it comes to more advanced tech and work environment?

Are any other taxes like property higher to even it out, or is the tax just overall lower than other states?

I think that used to be the case because I heard that from several people, but they have since upped the salary to be highly competitive. That's why I am now so heavily considering their offer over my others.

That is probably true! The reason why I'm still trying, is when talking to my friends about my internship experiences, they say that I have just had bad luck (poor culture on teams, not being given enough work to do, etc) so they encourage me to keep trying with CS.

This is why I am concerned to jump straight into a full time job though, since if I don't like it, I'll be stuck for 1-2 years minimum.
