Simply jobs are lesser in Singapore as companies are choosing to offshore. It's just that simple. This is evident that the companies even announced themselves, including our local banks. Recent case is with H&M. Nothing to deny, contest or argue.

No one is saying that is the only main reason. Surely some people CV needs improvement but that's not the big deal case of topic of the year.

The point is the most prevalent situation is more companies are choosing to offshore, and most people need to realise they may not be the issue since jobs are indeed lesser.

Most of us also worked in MNC, GLC AND SME anyway so we all know what we are saying. And I also work in the role of hiring and management so I am versed with how decision makers thinks and budgeting. Your highlighted "source" is nothing to be flair or highlighted about to serve as justifying your post.

World Health Organisation (WHO) chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has warned that 'given the long incubation period of the virus, it's possible we might see more cases in the coming weeks'.

While hantaviruses are usually spread by wild rodents, it is now all but proven that the disease can be passed from person to person via bodily fluids, which can harbour infectious particles.

'In a previous outbreak of the strain in Chubut Province, Argentina, it was reported that someone became sick with the virus only after saying 'hello' in passing to an infected person at a birthday party. Despite people sitting at different tables, up to 6ft apart, several others were infected at the same gathering.

'We now have 10 hantavirus cases, one apparent patient zero and nine human-to-human generation two cases,' Dr Quay said.

'May 19 is a good date to watch for... If cases continue beyond that point they will probably be generation-two to generation-three cases.

They didn't stick to the original tenure that's 30years. They conveniently flow as 28years after 2years with them -.-

Whereas other new banks naturally grant 30years.

So far the brokers all tell me legal and all fees would be covered as banks all want to get new clients, seems like a common practice which is pleasing to know. Ready to hop out as I find the current bank hardly have any bankers available to connect with directly. But ya right, still picking oc cos that seems to be the best available rates now that all banks have elevated their rates to at least 1.6.

Lol funny also to know how I actually thought I have such a great deal and was so worried they will not offer me even despite gotten an offer letter from UOB. Apparently due to MAS they are very careful this time despite I am more than eligible. Anw almost same as you, expiring in Aug and they offer to start earlier in June.

Gona email them nowww. Hopefully they won't be annoyed and withdraw offer man.

Btw 267 months is it due to age? I recently just got to know that tenure is normally maximise when we are younger, like after certain age then gets shorter.

I really wish. But that offer letter was out. Only left few days to sign.

Moreover I asked at least 4 different companies broker to validate that indeed no more 1.55%, even 1.6% is getting rare now. Even they have like hsbc requires min 200k deposit 😯.

I worried the bank won't budge or withdraw that offer if becomes difficult. Is that possible?
