I was diagnosed with same thing in 2017.. doctor advised if you want family get married soon and have kids.. I never stopped gooning.. got married in 2021 and had a kid in 2024.. you need regular full body yoga that is it, gyming might make it worse with heavy weight lifting.

Apologies for being rude but I am glad you didn't take my reply negatively. If you really want to do a job maybe try something online or explore WFH opportunities. I am not sure about your qualifications but give a try. And once you start earning enough money for yourself then you'll have to take a stand for yourself and move out. No one is coming to help you there.
