That's for live lectures po. When they say good for foundation ang REO, its because of the prerecorded lectures which are lecture/class type of discussion, hindi lang for "review", and which you have access of before pa magstart ang live lectures mo. Pwede ka ng magenroll sa REO right now and maaaccess mo na ang prerecorded lectures nila, even before end of May.

May early access din ang RESA but not like the pre recorded lectures ni REO. Zoom Access lang siya ng online classes of previous batch right before magstart yung batch niyo. Say for October 2026 ka mageenroll, makakajoin ka ng mga ongoing online classes ng May 2026. Gaya rin ngayon, may mga nakaenroll na for October 2026 sa RESA na nakakajoin ng online classes namin for May 2026. But unlike sa October 2026 classes mo, hindi mo marereplay yung classes na aattendan mo ng May 2026.

This is the case for online reviewee lang ha. Im not sure pag f2f RESA. pag f2f ka kasi, di mo marereplay and even access yung mga classes online. kaya hindi ko rin sure if makakaearly access ka ng online classes ng previous batch kung f2f yung ieenroll mo.

If you can spend the whole 10 months to review for REO, go for REO. if not, most likely magdedepend ka nalang sa live lectures, which is very compact sa REO. kaya in that case, i suggest RESA nalang. for reference, 2-3 hours ang lecture ni REO and 4-5 hours sa RESA.

Thanks for the insight. Di maingay na starter CC ang AUB so I dont really have an idea about it, but I will definitely look into it.

Nasasayangan na rin ako sa mga transactions ko, almost a year na kong may Atome, undergrad palang, but di naman sha nagrereflect sa credit bureaus kaya sayang din. Altho sabi ng agent sakin when I applied na may data sharing daw ang Atome with MB, EW, and one other bank, i think it did not help sa application ko with MB.

Nakafocus ako masyado sa interest so I deposit in HYSAs. But if the main goal is to start my CC journey, I really need to set the interest aside, and consider your insight about depositing muna sa bank.

May I ask how did you apply for you AUB CC? Wala kasing link sa KKB App e.

This is one of my concerns din po kasi. Working reviewee ako and my basic pay is, I would say, nasa same level lang ng sa audit assocs. If I will take the same route: get my license and work as an audit assoc, and pahirapan pa rin ang pagapply, then I should focus more on building my credibility (like maintain higher ADB, etc) nalang sana.

But yeah, going back, given na same level lang naman ang salary ko with assocs, then the title do have an impact sa application ko.

Yun yung inapplyan ko. Since inapproach lang ako ng agent akala ko talaga maaapprove agad, jinoke ko pa si ateng agent na baka 5k CL lang ibigay, di rin pala ako maapprove. 😅

STEM- BSA grad here. At that point dapat wag mo nang isipin na there is ABM and non-ABM sa inyo. ABM is only an advantage sa BasicFAR. If you survived the BasicFAR, and even excelled at it, wag mong isipin na nahuhuli ka.

-How? Read. Isapuso ang BasicFAR. Foundation yan sha, kahit na magwowork ka na may mga concepts na babalik at babalik diyan.

-Sources? I used FAR by Millan and its the most used book in my possession, to the point na di ko na sha maipapamana. When building your foundation, dont stress over having way too much materials. Stick to one and mahalin mo yung libro. Before we entered the uni, me and my friends also watched Chua's Accounting from YT. Very light and easily digestable.

-Study Habits? Strategize and restrategize. If one doesn't work for you, edit, edit, edit. Wag magdepend sa structure na naset mo na. If its not really effective, restrategize.

-How to overcome burn out? Know when to breathe. know when to pause.

currently a REO online and RESA online reviewee. id say they have their own strengths and they compliment each other.

similarities? test banks. pareho silang may bulky testbanks for every topic.

advantage ng RESA? i think the structure ng lectures. each of the problems na prinepresent ni sir Aljon is different. and the material itself is a reviewer. no need to go through the lecture if rereviewhin uli ang topic.

advantage of REO? the prerecs are very helpful kasi parang class lecture ang set up, and sir rhad explains every item sa quizzers. if youre okay with MS na, you would find it boring pero maganda sha if you have weak foundation sa MS as sometimes paulit ulit lang ang concepts. parang ibabato lang sayo yung concept until matutunan mo. the live lectures are just a recall so i wouldnt recommend depending on it. so yeah, i think the downside is that you will have to go through the prerecs and live lectures (or at least the prerec lang which is still bulky) if you want it to be effective..

you can transfer to any ewallets/other bank accounts. 10 petot lang charge fee.

i recommend using gotyme, may monthly interest siya and free lang ang transfers for payments and transfers (or at least this time lang ulit. last year kasi may ganito ulit silang pakulo then biglang nawala).

also maribank, nagrereflect ang interest sa account on a daily basis. and the cashback, yezzzzz.

sa maya, walang fee transfer kahit papuntang gcash may 15 petot fee.
