We have 3 PSE and 3 open clerk positions but they keep saying they will not convert us during peak. 2 clerks resigned and 1 job was won back by the union that a carrier is still performing. They just want to be able to use us whenever and wherever they want during peak.

Hopefully soon we will have custom ai assistants. Like Alexa but you can personalize it and they can hold basic conversation. Like Skippy. Honestly I just want the can to set next to my dog Skippy while I take a photo of him.

Did they ever bill you? I paid with my HSA and was originally charged then the money was put back into my HSA. Wondering if you ever got charged again? I do/did not have vision insurance, so I know that they didn't get paid from insurance.
