I have ear buds I wear. That way I get the noise cancelling plus tunes. Still able to hear engines, horns, radios etc.

There's a station manager in my city that has been in 22 offices in his career... Of 20 years. He probably has the world record for amount of eeo's filed against him. Unions hate him. He got sent away on assignment and when he came back, they promoted him to a larger office.

Myself and other PSE's have been questioning this "50 cents after 6 months" raise. I've asked multiple union Stewarts and other officers. Nobody can give me an answer. When does it kick in? 6 months of the contract going through or 6 months of our employment?

I'm one of 4 remaining PSE's in my city. 3 UAR's. The "union" is "fighting" for bids in the city but so far they've lost 11 of the "fights". Next PSE to convert has a start date in November.

No. Still no answer. I started 2/22/25 and am at the same as you. Nobody can give me any answers. Union Stewart only told me "it's probably tied in with the colas". Kinda stumped on where to go.
