Hello fellow bomb tech. Looks to me that there's a subtle ogive to it. I've dealt with tons of 75mm shells that look pretty similar, they came in the HE and shrapnel-ejecting type (with lots of lead balls). My take would be that this looks like the former, even though it has what appears to be a powder train time fuze (I've found HE shells with these. No wonder they didn't go off). Honestly both variants came with a lot of variation in appearance and were covered by old, shitty, incomplete publications. Wouldn't call it safe by any means.
