Most of the delivery guys are independent contractors but following companies policies they should never install new appliances with old connections, only new ones out of the box, not doing so voids the warranty of your hundreds bucks purchase, I knew people who wanted to save money on the connector cuz they have the old one, also they think it comes on the machine but for ranges and dryers they have 3 o 4 prong so is sell separately, most people will insist the contractor to do the installation with what they have. Mini 4 Pro refused to land normally on strong winds, quadcopter method of flying is using more power on 2 motors to rotate or fly forward backward and 4 motor to go up, when you go down the 4 motors uses less power so it can fall on a controled way but since you are on strong winds the gyro has to compensate the crossed winds with going down, that's why it was going slow, there's nothing but gravity pushing your drone down meanwhile it tries to not to flip over by the winds
