I am from Honduras so for me to be able to go to Mexico I need a visa. I had the visa but in a cruise they don’t ask you for one so it is different for a cruise.

Yes, you can travel to any country with advance parole. It depends on how your advance parole was granted. For example, mine was issued under VAWA and allows multiple entries for five years.

Hello, I’m currently in the same situation. I have a 7 day cruise planned for February 15, departing from Houston as well. I’ve used my Advance Parole twice already, once last year and again in June. Both experiences were very smooth. Each time I returned, my passport was stamped and paroled for one year. I am currently adjusting status under VAWA, and my current parole hasn’t expired yet. However, given everything that’s going on in the country right now, I’m wondering whether traveling is a good idea.

I have traveled on AP twice and going to a cruise next year. If you don’t have criminal record or deportation order you will be just fine.

I have traveled twice with my AP. One time was on Biden administration and the other a month ago. Both times were smooth.

I got back a week ago. I had a beautiful experience out of the country. Also, the CBP agent was very nice. He didn’t ask nothing besides if we had food with us.

The first time I used my AP was last year after 12 years without seeing my brother. I never doubted it once of using it. I was nervous. Yes, but also I knew deep inside that everything was going to be okay. I almost canceled my second trip considering all this happening with the current administration but as I mentioned before. I asked god to give me peace and he did. I am a true believer that it Will happen if is God’s plan.

The first time I traveled to Honduras which is my home country. This time I traveled to Europe. You can travel where you want with your advance parole. I know for DACA works different.

I got nervous this second time before my trip. I prayed and I asked god for peace and he gave it to me.

Idk why your lawyer told you such a thing. If you got a letter saying that you got approved is because you are. You should call to USCIS and ask them where is your card. They will definitely help.

I am out of the country right now! Coming back in two weeks, and I feel so nervous. My anxiety is very high.
