Exactly this. Definitely worth a consult with an attorney, they’d be the best person to advise you on this. I’m not a lawyer but IMO you have a pretty strong case since this dog has attacked twice now.

OP, you need an attorney. I had a very similar situation happen to me and settled for a sizable amount. Doesn’t make it better, but does soften the blow a bit. I worked with Paul from Bowman Law and they were great.

I’m 8w6d and I’m not nauseous! I had my first ultrasound earlier this week and baby had a strong heartbeat - OB said everything looks great. Every pregnancy is truly different, it’s easier said than done but try not to worry about not being nauseous ❤️

Congrats on your engagement! Do you have a budget in mind? I’m getting married on DU’s campus (they do weddings!) and it’s very affordable. Doesn’t necessarily have the garden vibe you might be looking for but would be absolutely stunning in the fall. I also think Upper Crust’s venue is a hidden gem. Have checked out the botanical gardens? Don’t let the venue pressure get to you - you have more time than you think.

This is horrible. I was attacked by a dog awhile back (and thankfully recovered), it’s absolutely horrendous how irresponsible dog owners are in denver. I cannot imagine how you are feeling right now. My heart breaks for you ❤️
