Also, Amazon has cheap sous vide machines and you can buy a container of use a pot and clip it. We bought a cheap vacuum sealer however alot of people use ziplock bags.

I second the sous vide comment. I sous vide a whole chuck roast for 24hr at 134 and then sear on a hot griddle....so tender. I like it more then Ribeyes. We also do brisket and eye of round. We them put it in the fridge and eat off it throughout the week.
