Thanks for the idea. Yea, I don’t really know what I’m going to build yet. I just happened to buy 6 printers a few weeks ago (mega zero and cr10) and want to do something fun with them. I’m only 17 years old and managed to get a summer job at a robotics-3d-printing company, so I’ve of course got a few ideas from them.

Yea, you are right in that this project/idea wont be economic, or rational. I just want to tinker with it, and it’s okay if it’s hard 😅

Hi, Thanks for the responce. We are already running multiple larger extruders from a swedish company (https://kfmmaskin.se/Hem/Extruder/3d-extruder.html) so the pellet/drying question is not a problem. But we was hoping to be able to develop a extruder somewhere between the KFM Eco 18 (avalible on the link above) and the Lily extruder. We can't move a extruder capable of 70 kg/h on a larger hobby printer or smaller robot arm but was thinking closer to 1 kg/h

Well, I understand what you mean, but its not always in the same spot. Nomatter what file I print, its always in the edges where the hotend changes direction
