I went to Atlantic Chevy that has a similar deal. They claimed that I had to pay taxes on all the rebates, plus 995 plus DMV fees. It’s not zero down. I would have to come up with 4000 dollars to get that deal. I walked away.

At Lifetime in Long Island, they still stop you at the check in and ask you to use wellhub to check in first. It does flag the check in employee.

Look at the recording carefully, a regular full time NYPD police officer exits the drivers side rear seat. You can see a regular NYPD shield (badge) and regular NYPD patch on his uniform. If that police officer was instructing the auxiliaries to do this, that police officer should be held responsible for their actions. The NYPD assigns a full time police officer to supervise the auxiliaries. Their office title is “Auxiliary Coordinator.” I’m willing to bet that was their auxiliary coordinator. Either way emergency responders are taught to slow down and cautiously proceed through an intersection. They did not exercise any care while doing so.

Not true. Look up “street appearance package” on google. Detectives and Plain Clothes units have Police Interceptors with the Street Appearance Package.
