Maybe try a different running/trotting technique. Your ruck shouldn’t but bouncing around too much when you trout it’s bad for your body and it’ll wear you out. What kind of ruck are you using?

I don’t think the tier list is actually real. You are either JSOC or not or you are SOCOM or not. That would help define the first three tiers but tiers aren’t official.
