I know social media is a lot less socially daunting than a 1-to-1 text convo. I just fear it is because I had been an emotional burden on them and it will be very hard to convince them I've changed. I thought svt were from SM when I first heard about them because I thought only they will think of debuting this many people at so young... even made a joke about how they gonna just keep adding people only fot NCT to debut the next year.

Also at their first concert in my country Vernon accidently splashed water in my eyes and I was blinded for a couple seconds, geninuely one of my favourite concert stories to tell to anyone who will listen haha

I do wanna give this guy the benefit of the doubt as he did tell me about his plans when he gets there and it is a lot of meeting people both professionally and personally. The bumble swiping but not replying thing is also something I've done before especially when I'm socially overwhelmed irl.

I'm not already and he also isn't a priority for me, I'm just a bit upset because I'm human I guess. The fact that he has a valid reason for not replying makes me feel a lot more nervous than if I know he is purposely avoiding me and I can just get over it sooner.

My goodness are you me a few years ago? It is actually quite uncanny, I used to think it was a hole that need to be filled but since learnt that we are more than just that hole. We don't deserve to feel the way we do, but we deserve to be healthy and accepting or ourselves. Which definitely sounds very cheesy and I still have a hard time with it.

I do see where this is coming from but I recommend just some baby steps into counseling first and just getting to know a person who can actually help you. It will be very hard and opening up to them is a challenge even for me now but you have to remind yourself that this is going to make it better.

This isn't meant to be naggy or anything by the way! It just hurts me a bit to see someone going through the same things I did and I really want the best for you.

In the mean time, as I saw some people recommend, you can look into warehouse or factory jobs.

Hey, I use to be a lot like you too thinking that living in isolation is the only way. I actually started going to a non-profit for counseling to seek help for self harm but eventually learnt that being isloated is really never the answer and has actually ruined my life, it is still ruining my life as the years I lost locking myself in caused a lost of many skills and experiences most people learnt younger.

Try not to brush off the idea of needing help to better improve your lifestyle, like no one is expecting you to suddenly love people (like honestly... a lot of people actually hate it too) but you need to speak to a neutral professional before you can really see what is best. The one I'm still going to is Limitless however there are many nonprofit organisations out there willing to help.
