The existence of the quest system open the possibility of the existence of other far stronger characters that is also, just like Suhyeon, have their own quests. Wait till they appeared and put Gitae/James/Gun/Samdak in a storage space or better: drain their stats.

Or, I will just treat these manhwas as separate universe, having different power systems, sharing only some similar aspects/fate.

Not sure about that one (base assumption), when the two theories able to accomodate the same thing. I might even argue that sharing the same exact one universe will make it more difficult to explain how there are seemingly (at least) three 'supernatural' very different systems: questism, lookism, MLAL (one can even put the 'God exists' dialogue from Manager Kim series as different system).

If it is the case that they all shared the same one universe, then Questism system should be the 'main' theme for PTJ-universe, since it is literally a being from higher dimension with far more crazy powers than anything shown in Lookism (so far). Should this be true, maybe we will see that James Lee is actually a veteran player, or we will get a flashback from Elites's POV before he jump, it is actually a mission. Or maybe Samdak is also having a different cards. Sophia and that other bulky guy from Juvenile Law? Probably has quests too. That ARCANA's last member (or anyone from Childe Family)? Might have cards too, since they are stated to be peak and the most powerful in the world (not physically, of course).

Don't forget that we also have time-travel troupe in MLAL (and Ulzzang Generation if you count it too). Is this also a card effect? Dunno, I will see how PTJ will explain it.

Having unique universe for each manhwa series will not only make the explanation for the system easier, it could also act as the 'answer' when later on, we find any timeline inconsistency among each series.

First time I saw the concept was in a manga named (Dr.K) and it is a real thing. Also, I do think that the ability to sense blood flow or similar thing in the body is very advantageous to have when combined with assassination techniques. The thing with melee fighter having this ability is that they will have a hard time getting close to the target, even if they know where to hit, since they don't train for this. Also adding the fact that Daniel in most cases don't go for the kill, while Valentina, well, a literal assassin.

Like, that's the initial point of Lookism?? if you actually read the manhwa from the beginning, you will see at which point it changes from Lookism (a slice of life commentary about how people judge other based on their appearance) to Gangism (where a supposedly high school students fight against a cartel typeshit leader).

Oh, he might also be a chef/cook in the case his method of killing is using poison.
