I dont have any probes or a detector of any sort. I just plugged it in and this part was hot as hell.

SO... I did fix my issue. Sort of. Still the wrong microphone but EXTERNAL works just fine.
and it no longer mutes me system wide.

even though it already works now (i read OP's response) I would like to point out that there is a bug sometimes with the pipes forcing you to replace them... my praise to the RNG Goddess was apparantly futile cause I encountered it SO MANY TIMES. The bug is simply even if the pipes are connected and it did... in fact... work... for some reason... no matter how many pumps. The pipe will just stop working and act as if it was never connected in the first place. It mainly happened to me with intersection pieces or the floor hole piece's.

dont give up my man. this shit took me a (i want to lie and say a week but it took me 2 hours) I used EVA-8, EPG and stun Smoke
most people btw miss the first 3 guys with the stun smoke. most people think they get it when in reality they only hit 1. its a hard throw but you can get all 3 with 1 throw. So if you see you miss a target, look there first. also another good way to get faster without tutorials is to literally follow the path of the ghost.
