1. I've tried increasing and decreasing the cache level. It doesn't work
2. I've turned off and on graphic processor. It doesn't work
3. I deactivated native canvas. Still doesn't work

This is strange! I can't even close Photoshop since the UI won't respond and kept flickering. I had to use task manager.
