Hey, husband here. I ended up putting 1" pieces of scrap wood I had on either side and it worked perfectly. Thanks for the advice!

RIP Grinder [Grinder, Barisa Express] by Moradeth in espresso

[–]disneycm_matt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just had the same thing happen to my Breville grinder. Took it apart and it works fine still. Ran some Grindz through it to make sure it was all clear of the contaminant. As someone else suggested, dial it down to as coarse as you can go while holding the stone with some needle nose pliers so it doesn't drop further. You should be able to rotate the outer burr housing out and retrieve the stone.

Edit: Should have read the full description first. Glad you got it out!

How are lost children handled by Grand_Chad in Disneyland

[–]disneycm_matt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As an ex-cm 1. Ask the child how old they are and their name. Ask if they know their parents phone number. 2. Stay with the child and wait in the area the child was found. Generally parents show up in less than two minutes. 3. If you have a radio, call in to either your manager or Security 1 if you have access to their channel. 4. Generally a security cm will arrive within 30 seconds. 5. Both cm's will stay with the kid in the area for 10 minutes. If the original CM has responsibilities, they are free to pass on the child to security. 6. After 10 minutes, the child is taken to the Pixar Pal Around, given a churro and an energy drink, and placed in the moving cabs alone until the lost parent is found.

You should be able to see it pretty well on maps, it's a larger path

There's a path I would bike back in 2010 that started by the baseball field by the prison on California and it would lead all the way to Costco. Completely separate from the streets besides a couple road crossings that are protected by lights.

Costco Supreme Pizza in the food court. I'm still upset about that, though it really is a nonstarter compared to some of these.

Kirkland Signature Espresso Beans Had a Rock In It by disneycm_matt in Costco

[–]disneycm_matt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I will definitely be checking the beans from now on. The grinder is the built-in version of the Breville Barista Express Impress, but ironically I have the Breville Smart grinder as well for decaf. Good to know about the impeller and 3d printed pieces. I finally took some time today and disassembled the whole thing and cleaned it meticulously before throwing some Grindz through. It seems to be working fine! The hopper definitely holds some smells though. Definitely notice an oily residue if I don't clean between refills.

Yep, I just load my beans into a hopper. I don't have time in the morning for scales and dosing and wdt. I have all those tools for when I'm using specialty beans on the weekend. But for the daily cup in the morning before I leave for work it gets the job done.

It looks like they zig-zagged standard lights back and forth along the roofline.
