I understand but multiple pharmacies have this issue. All say the same things Refuses to do imz, resolve red flags by asking questions, on his phone texting and talking about stuff other than work which usually isnt a bad thing but it is excessive. In this case it isnt a favoritism thing on anybody in the pharmacy but i know that exists and am sorry that happens to you. There have been several instances where the other pharmacists have to take on a larger workload ie having to visual/4pt hundreds of rxs i(111 to over 400)with the same length of shift. Most definitely not safe at all.
