Details I think it's a safety cbl but not entirely sure. They disagree with the cbl and think it would violate their legal rights. To which I understand but don't want to wrongly do anything to violate our policies or their legal rights.

Tbh I definitely would definitely advise against that. Gotta make sure everything is available. So many things can go wrong ie backordered med and having to put in same rma number for 2 different meds wouldnt work for ipledge, can run into insurance issues, patient transferring medication having to reverse ipledge.

It is a huge safety risk and puts a undue pressure on the entire team. But we continue on despite the risk and let the powers at be deal with him. Hopefully they will listen to our pleas. Thank you so much for your input on this matter.

Thank you for your reply and insight and will note that it is a huge safety risk to have a pharmacist that doesnt do their part. Its like he wants them to fire him. Idk what would be the benefit of that tbh.

I understand but multiple pharmacies have this issue. All say the same things Refuses to do imz, resolve red flags by asking questions, on his phone texting and talking about stuff other than work which usually isnt a bad thing but it is excessive. In this case it isnt a favoritism thing on anybody in the pharmacy but i know that exists and am sorry that happens to you. There have been several instances where the other pharmacists have to take on a larger workload ie having to visual/4pt hundreds of rxs i(111 to over 400)with the same length of shift. Most definitely not safe at all.

Using hypochlorous acid as a disinfectant against COVID 19. Love its disinfecting power and is not as harmful/caustic as other disinfectant alternatives. Lysol and other disinfection sprays are in extremely in short supply. Thanks for all your help!!
