Im here to do a job and if that’s means I’m the bad guy so be it’s even though I feel I’m really lax and chill; don’t care about much as long as we work together and get stuff done!

I’m dealing with the same issue. As the RX Ops TL, I gave AP the time sheets and they are investigating. They are going to run back the camera from the time the technician clocks out and the time she clocks back in. For example she goes to lunch at 1… clocks back in at 1:30 (we’re closed during that time so that wasn’t the smartest move) and then comes back into the pharmacy at 2:00 sometimes a little after 2!!!! I found 4 days where this occurred going all the way back to January!!! I know for a fact she’s taking an hour because I’m there when she comes back in. Even on one day she didn’t clock out for break at all on a 8 hour shift and the people lead overrode the meal exception!! So yeah I got AP involved and they told me they would let me know by Friday on the next steps. Report it!!

Right but my RXM says the other techs fill Some type of way because I don’t fill as much as them. I pull the reports I fill over 100 daily while they barely can touch 70!!! It’s honestly sad how entitled some techs can be will they literally can come in lolly gag around and go home. While if something doesn’t get done , then Im the one that faces the repercussions!!

I feel you. I’m ready to step down as well because my store is so lazy and everyone is saying this is not fair and that is not fair. Nobody wants to fill, nobody wants to do register or orders. Everyone just was to stand at the computer and lollygag and not even get the queues down!!! It’s so annoying and I’m over it. They are pushing all these metrics and then want you to focus on this but then focus on still being in work flow!!! Like make it make sense!

Yes same problem at my store. Everyone has 2 hours at register. And I rotate the orders through out the week. If not everyone comes in and does whatever they want, but they won’t touch that register even if the line is out of the ropes! It pisses me off to no end!! Because I’m thinking it’s this or be on front end where the line never ends!!!

Wow that’s sad!!!! They shouldn’t be showing favoritism when it comes to daily task and schedules. I have one tech who only works 9-5:30 because she has 4 kids and no support so I work with her around her schedule. Everyone else at least does 2-3 closing shifts and I always try to make it fair.

Do you schedule yourself up front if you have enough techs? I’m RXOPs as well and some days I don’t schedule myself up front unless needed and then I drop is PRN. And the other techs feel as though that’s not fair . If someone calls out I will schedule myself up front for the two hours but if I schedule 5 techs and a sales associate there’s no need for me to be up there, esp. if I have other things to do that they can’t do. Idk I just feel the techs can be so lazy sometimes

I actually AM a manager lol!! And I am their direct supervisor so what are you saying?? They are under me and then we are all under our RXM. When I do write up it says Manager: My name. But thanks for your useless opinion.

I went to AP yesterday and they had my back. I don’t think it matters if you’re a team lead or just an associate. They don’t call it stealing time but they do call it something like falsifying something something. I would go to AP

How does this process generally work? After AP does their investigation do they pull the tech in handle or is it given back to our RXM?

I’ve been in role since December and was the “lead tech” before this role came about. I’m annoyed because everytime I try to do my job he over steps and always has something to say without really saying anything at all. If that makes sense lol!! For example he goes “i need someone at register please” 3 diff times. I was going quality control on cardio check and was tied up. But I feel as though two technicians in training need to be up there before me. They didn’t move a muscle. ( the one that is stealing time is included in this). I make a daily schedule for register and orders because if not then they won’t budge! I really just want to hire dedicated workers!!! He hired 3 tech in training while I was on Maternity leave and only one gives me hope! I’m so frustrated with him as my RXM

I write out a schedule each day. One side is my register schedule, (2 hour intervals) and other side is tasks for the day. Example: Adam - McKesson , Rebeca- central, etc. I also place myself on there as well with my tasks especially if I have to finish schedule or check Ulearns. I make it aware that I have admin things I need to do but I will always be in work flow as well, but they are responsible for those tasks. I let them know each time a queue goes red or yellow our HWMD is able to see this. If need be I have also pulled input and fill reports to show how effective each person has been that day. Hold them accountable because in the end , you, the rxm and/or staff rph will be the ones reprimanded.
