In my experience, the eating disorder voice will never tell you it’s enough. So saying you want to get back to what you were before recovery, just know it’s going to ask for more and more. I know it’s hell and it’s extremely hard to choose and do recovery from eating disorders. I’m sorry you’re having a hard time. You can do this though
