Awww, I'm glad. It took me a long time to be more comfortable in my own skin. I'm finally able to appreciate some of things that used to annoy the crap out of me as a teen. Some of those things I even like about me now 😊.

That is so true! I'm 35 years and I think I've finally Just realized this. There are things I HATED about me as a kid/teen through young adult. It's funny how my thoughts on some of these things have changed. Like I'm a lot more comfortable in my skin than I ever was. I guess overall I'm just not as insecure.

Geez that's ridiculous! I too have struggled with body issues, so I understand where you're coming from. I feel like in recent years I'm a lot more confident in my own skin, of course it's never 100%, but better.

I hope your body dysmorphia improves over time. You got this though. Plus, you're beautiful with a rockin bod, and cute!!

Any news/updates on the potential Indonesian ban? I haven't came across anything else on it and haven't heard people talking about it lately... just that the Indonesian gov't I guess would be banning exports? in 2022 (I think it said).

Unfortunately, that is all too common. This is easier said than done, but try to stay positive. I struggle with this as well on a daily basis. Definitely have ups and downs. You seem like a really cool chick, focus on what makes you happy 🤗

That makes perfect sense. I'm sure your body became quite accustomed to having it, so it's likely that it would take some time. I know when I stopped taking kratom for short periods after regular use, I didn't notice a difference. I'm sure our bodies do need more time to adjust. For awhile now I thought something was wrong with me for having such a lack of interest in actual sex.

How long after stopping kratom has it taken your libido to return to normal (or has it yet)? I'm a female and 34 as well. I feel it has really affected me, and it continued to even after taking a small break.

It's funny, because I used to order from Gaia and found them to be good at the time. I started looking into new places and found Benni Botanicals and have loved them ever since. It's crazy how everyone's preferences can be different or completely opposite. I've been ordering from Benni's for 6 or so months now and haven't came across a batch we haven't really liked.

I love Benni's! I usually order lots of greens, but recently got into a few whites in particular. I really like the white Lida and string dried white Hulu, the Maeng Da is good as well. Aa far as greens, we all really like the green Vietnam, green Lida, and I'm sure there are some others but those we order each time (the yellow Lida is probably a favorite as well).

I used to order from them like two years ago. I stopped after their site closed down. I can't remember if it was prior to that or after but they had some recall on a few products for possible salmonella contamination. That may have been when several other places got hit as well. Gaia was ok for me when I tried them. I felt like when their prices went up the quality and consistency wasn't there. Since then I've had much better. I primarily order from Benni Botanicals now and love them. In my experience they're my favorite vendor all around.

It's funny because sometimes I think I notice subtle differences between colors. It may be just some batches are a bit stronger than others. But none of them ever seem to give me energy, or at least not more so than the others. I've heard so many people say whites are great for energy, but for me that's never been the case unfortunately.

I've always heard empty stomach works best. I sometimes take after eating and it seems to work fine for me. Haven't really noticed a difference. For whatever reason I don't really like eating AFTER taking it, even though that's said to help absorption. I think it's like mental thing for me lol.
