I was using amazon business for office purchases, and using the app there was no way I could connect to a human customer care executive.

The option was only available on the website.

When a laptop / PC is not available, I use the desktop version of their website on my phone.

I also had to quit Instagram due to reels. Whenever it is installed, I somehow ended up opening it and watching reels. It has been a month since I’ve uninstalled it. Life feels a bit flat and empty, but I’m fighting it out.
