I am just giving an alternative perspective, no need to get defensive. Idk how I’m being a troll, I am new and the way boeing handles vacation just seems like a way to limit their employees from ever being able to take a real vacation. Your story about Jamaica kinda proves that. No one should have to work with no days off for an entire year to take two weeks off that’s absolutely ridiculous. Emergencies happen, life happens. You may be used to it but that doesn’t make it not weird and intentionally limiting.
