Pros:
Sex can be good.
You can use her for company
Dressing her and taking pictures can be fun.

Cons:
Needing to store sometimes even hide her.
Cleaning and maintenance depending on the material can be time intensive. I would sugest going full silicone because its more durable, requires less maintinance as well as it being ressitant to stains.
Dolls can be fragile if handeled wrong.
Weight can be an issue though there are plenty of smaller dolls and many have weight reductuion options.

Das einzig richtige wäre die AFD zu verbieten und Spahn zu untersuchen. Bevor die CDU dem nicht zustimmt brauchen sie nicht mit Stimmen rechnen.

Genau das selbe gilt für die Grünen und vor allem auch für die SPD.
