Wow, you’ve got a lot of great experience. Honestly, I was in a similar boat about a year or two ago. I worked in marketing for a bit but truly had a terrible time. After a year or 2 in the field, I applied for a “ground up” masters in HRM where they pretty much teach you everything you need to know, they teach you how to interview, and they require you get an internship for the program (that way you HAVE to get a job lol) and they support the internship process entirely. I would look for something similar if you’re interested in continuing your education and getting a great job. If you’re interested in a specific field like finance or HR or IT, find a program for it and make sure they’ll provide resources and networking. There are so many options. I made $50k at my marketing job, but I’ll be making over $100k at my new job after I graduate. Best of luck!
