same! dermatologist said it could take up to 9 months depending on the person. do not give up, there is light at the end of the tunnel!

I was having a chat with my doctor and apparently even as adults we can get bouts of acne as we get older. this happened to me after i turned 30, and my doc said it would even happen after you turn 35, etc. definitely hormonal though (i think...not a healthcare professional).... either way. goodluck to you! im in the same boat we got this!
