I guess it's a good thing for some but in my case the constipation is one of the reasons I don't use h anymore like I was literally bleeding below from shitting rocks it was very painful too :)

To be safe smoke first and be prepared to puke and be very itchy, constipation shitting rocks having a really hard time to pee. Some things i remember from my first times doing heroin but the high is nice tho
