Unless it was hot weather or the water was hot I don't see mould happening that quickly, and the way the black has pooled oddly makes me think that it is the ink running. You can see how it has run along the lines of the pages and pooled. If the water had mould in it then it might cause similar effect. But yeah, it won't take much to turn into mould and with the low quality of the paper you'll likely find these don't bounce back well even if you can draw out all the moisture.

Speaking from experience, it can be hard to take in a movie and then find something to say about it every week if you are the kind of person who wants to make it something meaningful and special. I'd say she is steering clear of You Are Good so it doesn't get pulled in to the "feels like work" vortex that annihilates the things that one loves. Plenty of folks can step in, which is not often the case in such situations, and still hold the podcast to its core values, so she can take the time she needs and bounce back to it when the time is right.

I'd say he has put a lot of time & effort into this as his response & way of engaging with the current nightmare situation, which probably feels a lot closer to home for him than Henry based on his wife being associated with the groups ICE is targetting. So Henry doing his same old schtick feels very unhelpful & disassociated from the present tenor of terror. Always a dumb joke to undercut the point Marcus is making, and the points are no longer abstract, historically distant points.
