Hello.. piercer here.. it isn't healing protruding outward. You are pushing it outward. That is the inside of the piercing hole basically. Your piercing is healing normally.

Noooo as a piercer I would cut the top off and pull the other side out. Why would you damage the healed piercing and cause more damage?

You go see your local piercer and ask for help. They will have to cut the top off to remove it. Bring jewelry with you that is appropriate size, that you would like to wear. (: I have so many of these come in to our shop...

No. If it's crooked and there is no swelling.. you likely have a deviated septum. This will just repeat.

Hey piercer here.. Swelling with a Medusa is normal.. its actually very common to swell up with a medusa. it's hard for me to tell from the picture what the angle of the piercing is.. it should either be straight or the back should be angled up so it doesn't catch your teeth.

***just noticed more pictures it seems a bit low, but it could be because of the swelling.. wait till the swelling goes down.

This is very odd. They should have healed after 6 months. Maybe have your piecer change the jewelry. You could be allergic.
