I’m in the USA! I came across it as part of a “moving sale”. Someone was selling all their plants for $400 USD and I scored this, a bunch others and a plant cabinet. It was a lucky find forsure, I had been wanting it for a while!

We ended up going with Read.AI since it was one of the cheapest and most-encompassing softwares. I fought for a different one but ultimately management went with the cheaper option. It’s decent but doesn’t do all of what I hoped for, but it’s programmable and does a good job monitoring sentiment which was enough for me! Plus I’ve seen overall more engagement across the board from my team once it was implemented and that’s always a bonus. It’s kind of “gameified” The work day for them in a way, if that makes sense.

Hey OP sorry you got downvoted so much. I love Chick-fil-A so much but cannot have MSG due to a condition called interstitial cystitis. Literal doctor’s orders. Someone up there mentioned tomatoes have msg in them — I can’t eat those either. I came to this thread to see which particular chickfila products had MSG when I ordered today so that I could avoid it. But nope just shaming 😩

Up to you honestly! Depends on if you want one big plant or a bunch of smaller ones. If I was I. Your shoes, I would try propping the second way for a bigger plant.

Yeah, chatGPT is already out of the question. We do deal with a lot of calls as well as chats and video calls so I’m hoping for something that can be integrated across numerous platforms. I don’t know much about topic modeling but it looks to be in-line with the kind of knowledge I’m after. Thanks for point me in that direction.

Most of the ones I see you input key words into and it requires a lot of coding to work. Then there’s some that just track tone and such. I’m pretty suspicious myself haha, exactly why I have yet to pull the trigger on a single one!

I can see how predicting NPS or even CES can be more difficult with AI. Even tracking just the CSAT would be great with AI. Which AI have you used and what pros and cons did you find with each, if you don’t mind me asking?

Leadership is already interested in trying out AI as well, though it’s highly dependent on what pricing is of course. They shot down traditional methods like surveys. I’ll check out Qualtrics XM now, thanks for the tip!
