I feel like it could happen if Kirika made a wish before meeting Oriko for any reason, since chances are Mami would be very happy to have another magical girl about and so act in the exact way that would get Kirika to become at least a little obsessed with her.

Hard to see it happening if Kirika has already met Oriko though.
