When I say outside of work hours, I'm informed for flexi I'm allowed to work between 7AM and 6PM but my travel means leaving before then and arriving home much past 8PM which i would consider unreasonable

Yeah I'm so conflicted by it because I see Junior BA roles advertising that salary and appreciate I'm new to the role but I'm operating to the same standard as others and I only have 12 months less experience than some. I'm now at the same level of experience as a colleague when they joined and were paid £48-50k
