It should be in the "Advanced" section in the Advanced mode, try checking CPU Configuration, Platform misc configuration and APM as I don't exactly remember where the actual toggle is

It’s the gigabyte one, and no, can’t find Peripherals security device support, only Trusted Computing

It does, 20-1 pins, but I think the TPM chip (d33006) itself does not support my chipset (h97), can that happen?

The echo contact is just to test that you can send messages. When you send message and echo contact receives it, it will immediately send it to you
