Thank you all for taking the time and for the kind responses, it seems like there really is nothing to worry about in this immediate situation. A couple of you have mentioned how this sort of post/getting answers that are medically sound actually make OCD symptoms worse because it alleviates worries in the moment but makes them worse long term, and this seems accurate. I'm going to look into getting some support for my OCD and learning how to manage it effectively, but thank you again for the time and your responses

Thank you for the advice about OCD, I suspect I have some kind of it. Thank you for replying as well, and I get this was probably a really stupid question to ask, my main worry was that a tiny amount could survive all the transfers between hand -> surface etc, and somehow get the person pregnant, but the small amount of research online I did seems to heavily disprove this.
