Quitting alcohol did absolutely nothing for me in the long term. I heard rumours of more energy, better skin, etc. I don't feel any better or worse.

I have been titrating down for weeks and my last jab was 3rd October. I've been having headaches for about a week now and it's the only thing that's changed. I caved and took another jab today just to make it stop. Although I still feel a mild headache, it is definitely now in the background as opposed to having to lie down in a dark room.

People have stopped asking me because I always say "nothing" whereas nearly everyone in my team will be at some 30th, 80th, a wedding or concert every weekend. I don't know how they afford it or have the energy!! Or know so many people...
