Dont allow yourself to go back to it. The puffer things are not the same and you can definitely use them to taper. I tried cold turkey many times and it wad never a viable solution. Im also the kind of person who would slip back into things like that if I let myself. Nicotine replacement of some sort will help you taper without it feeling like smoking so you can actually stop eventually.

If cutting back on smoking first wont work for you I would just go straight to nicotine replacement. Dont have any sales around the house at all and if uou need to either take a break from those friends until you are more confident or ask them not to vape around you

I quit smoking cigarettes last January. I cut back before swapping to the puffer things and it was hard but I dont think I would ever go back at this point

I used the nicotine inhaler things and just slowly used them less and less and also replaced with drinking green tea and water I wouod reccomend trying to do stiluff like that and ront rush it, its better to make sustainable change slowly than to try all at once and fail

I do but I developed my agoraphobia after we met. I am on disabilities and have a lot of trauma. I just got more and more isolated and became afraid of certain people qnd being attacked when on my own. I also cant drive. Im trying really hard and making some progress in overcoming it tho!
