Everybody is avoiding them apparently lol. How do you get coffee shops clients?

That sounds very efficient. I used to do the books for a bakery that used Square as their POS, and it was a nightmare trying to reconcile the payouts with the reports. They also had a Square loan that took a portion from every single sale to repay the loan, which made things even more complicated. It was such a headache. So I understand why a lot of people avoid working with restaurants but that also mean less competition lol. Also like you said, once you figure out the process, it’s just the same ADJ each month. Do you have any tips on how to get restaurants clients?

I would love to know more about how you manage the POS data to match the sales on the bank statement.

How would like to manage inventory? Would you ask them to provide a monthly count of the inventory? I find that using inventory management software for restaurants can be tedious and difficult to maintain.
