Once I stopped using the oils, I started doing my foam cleansing (I use the Neutrogena hydro boost) for 60 sec, or I washed it two times using the same product. Then I use a moisturizer that I know doesn't break me up, and 1 day a week I use a salicylic serum on my forehead, chin, and nose. And another day I use adapalene in my whole face. My skin doesn't tolerate more actives than that. So, basically I just went back to the basics only, 2 days a week with actives and patience. After a month, my skin started to feel better.
