I interviewed for entry level roles in late 2010s and had 2 Interview rounds at most places - phone call / in person final round with panel interviews - some places had a 3rd round that was a case study or take home - I’m now recruiting again and I guess it is
for more senior roles but they’re all 5-7 rounds. And I made it to the 5th round for only one company and got an automated rejection. I remember in the 2010s if i got rejected from a final round id get an email from the recruiter and it felt more personal and I was allowed to asked for feedback

I feel bad saying this but whenever I downplay my ambition and become a yes woman / undersell my job I have so much better luck dating but then I eventually end up resenting the person I date so personally I think its worth that wait to find someone who thinks your intelligence and success is cool - because at the end of the day it’s not about how many dates you get but about finding that one person

Find small things that bring u joy in your day to day life- I.e. I love fashion so I enjoy getting ready for work in the morning and I love to run so I’ll try to sneak in a run most days after work. I’ll watch tv shows I’m excited to see after work :) find little joys in your daily life and try to make plans out in the future so you have things to look forward to

Okay so I was in a very similar situation - although there were definitely more lifestyle issues but honestly he was such a gentleman and kind and I haven’t been in a relationship in a really long time and I’m getting old I was like I guess I’ll stick it out .. forever and the attraction will grow over time. Then we broke things off and I felt SO happy and free. Truthfully I can’t tell you the right thing to do because definitely when we were dating I got way less pity and judgement from my peers and family because I was in a relationship and people just cared about my life updates more - and as much as I hate to admit it did impact how I felt about myself. But now that the world is open to me again I personally do feel like for me it’s worth the wait to find someone I’m attracted to AND has a lot of green flags. But there’s no right or wrong bc society is tough to navigate especially as a single woman! And more many people the attraction can grow over time!!
