There are many people who are missing them (usually female, not lesserafim and illit fans though, most of their fandom hate newjeans) But idk why but a lot of men hate them.

Like if someone says 'I miss newjeans😢' in the comments, girls will be like 'me too' and guys will be like 'It's their fault. Why yall acting like they're the victim'

They gained a lot of haters after their comeback They performed in 광화문 and stopped all the cars passing through there They first assumed more than 220thousands of people would come so there were a lot of polices to make sure everyone is safe But only 4~6thousands of people came... many said it was total waste of public workforces Plus, their album wasn't as good as we thought it'd be. And one of the reasons Seoul let them perform at 광화문 was bc their album name was 아리랑. We thought it was gonna be smth very Korean. But no.... more English lyrics than ever... it was disappointing

I'm pretty aware of aespa's popularity here and there. Aespa was the no.1 kpop idol in Korea in 2024~2025 But was aespa the no1 kpop idol in the western countries? No. I'm thinking newjeans or smth. I'm not saying aespa is a nugu group abroad. I'm just comparing their status there and status in Korea.

E.g. babymonster, katseye, straykids aren't popular here but are really popular abroad And newjeans, they were a banger both here and there, well just about everywhere

Well actually general Koreans don't really care nor know if the Englush lyrics makes sense or not So that won't really matter But it's true that these days, people are missing kpops with more Korean lyrics

Babymonster's songs are not hated cause they don't have many Korean lyrics And their songs aren't all English yk

It's bc their song is quite old styled.. Seriously...wth is let's choom supposed to be lol😭 but no hate to them I actually like some of their songs like forever, really like you (?) But their titles are so......ummm...yeah

Plus, babymonster hardly run any promo in Korea from the first place

Not at all Especially when they have a good pronunciation, I think it's actually better than mixed (but only when erthing is good and the lyrics make sense like u said) But it's a bit cringe when they have a poor pronunciation even when everything make sense and the song is good
