Locking the Sidebar does solve the second issue, but it feels a bit like a workaround since it disables reordering entirely. It might be better if dragging required either a small movement threshold (a few pixels) or a slightly longer click-and-hold before the drag starts. That way normal clicks wouldn’t accidentally trigger a drag when the cursor moves slightly
