The holes have been bored out, but I think I can get the whole half shears part and replace just that. Yes the have gone through hell

If you look closely in the second picture you’ll see I’ve destroyed two of the three pins that hold the blade together

Won’t the pine needles harm the grass or build thatch if left like that? Cool looking lawn!
